What should I put as my trading name?

The trading name field will be the title of your advertisement listing with Alnwick Guide, so it is important you choose something suitable for your business.

If your business already has a well established name that it trades under (for example if you are advertising a restaurant or hotel), use the name of your establishment.

In cases where the advertisement is for something more specific than your business as a whole, we advise you to enter what you feel would be most relevant to the Alnwick Guide audience - for example if your business is called Star Holiday Cottages, and you are advertising a cottage in Alnwick called Rose Cottage, it would be better to enter the name of the cottage rather than the name of your business.
